2019:
The organization shares your travel expenses. The entry standard are now at IR4 (French convention) and each athlete per participant receives € 0.10 per km, between his / her provenance and Valence, rounded to the nearest mulple of 5 (0 € below 75 km), based on Google Maps.
Ex: Dijon - Valence 294 km = 30 €, Boulouris - Valencia 321 km = 30 €. Etc.
The goal is to promote carpooling (interdisciplines, interclubs, etc.).
Furthermore, VEAP 2019 collaborates with the meeting of St-Egrève (F - 38) which takes place the next day on Sunday 2 June. Proposed (all W & M): 100m, 100/110m hurdles, 200m, 4x100m, 400m, 400m hurdles, High Jump, Long Jump and Shot Put.
U18 and U20 : Throws and Hurdles distances and Heights upon their category.
For the Pole Vault, application of the time allowed for consecutive trials when there is only one athlete left: 3 min.
Ceremonies immediately after the end of each event, mandatory attendance. No podium bonuses.
Performance bonuses: per group of individual events (Sprint / Hurdles / Middle-distances / Jumps / Throws), 3 Women + 3 Men, 0.10 € per 2017 IAAF point. Rounded to 10€ the closest. No bonus accumulation if multiple events for the same athlete.
Possibility of hosting, on request, for French licensees (and maximum € 120 TGV ticket), if realized a performance "National 2" in 2019.
Accommodation possible, on request, for foreigners not licensed FFA and non-EAP (and maximum transport 250 €), see table below right.
Max 2 nights B & B and max 250€. Prices and refund are given in cash, on the spot, against signature, or by bank transfer , except if anti-doping control.

L’organisation partcipe mieux à vos frais de déplacement. Les minima sont désormais à IR4 et chaque athlète participant reçoit 0,10 € du km aller, entre sa provenance et Valence, arrondi au multiple de 5 le plus proche (0 € en dessous de 75 km), base Google Maps.

2e informa,on importante, VEAP 2019 collabore avec le meeting de St-Egrève (38) qui a lieu le lendemain dimanche 2 juin.
Les épreuves proposées (toutes F & M) : 100 m, 100/110 m haies, 200 m, 4x100 m, 400 m, 400 m haies, Hauteur, Longueur et Poids.
Les cadet-tes et junior-es lancent les engins et courent sur les haies de leur catégorie.
Pour le saut à la perche, application du délai imparti aux essais consécutifs quand il ne reste plus qu'un athlète : 3 min.
Cérémonies protocolaires immédiatement après la fin de chaque épreuve, présence obligatoire. Pas de primes de podiums.
Primes de performances : par groupe d’épreuves individuelles (Sprint / Haies / Demi-fond / Sauts / Lancers), 3 F + 3 M, 0,10 € par point IAAF 2017.
Arrondi au multiple de 10€ le plus proche. Pas de cumul de primes si plusieurs épreuves pour un même athlète.
Hébergement possible, sur demande, pour les licenciés FFA de la LIFA (et billet TGV maximum 120 €), en jusfiant d’une perf N2 en 2019.
Hébergement possible, sur demande, pour les étrangers non licenciés FFA et non EAP ( et transports maximum 250 €), voir tableau ci-dessous à droite. Les prix et remboursement sont données en espèce, sur place, contre signature, ou bien par virement bancaire, sauf si contrôle anti-dopage.

International track meets in Europe

Two tens of international track meets in more than a dozen countries in Europe. 300 to more than 1000 international athletes per meet, mostly aged 19 to 25 years, but also starting from 8 and up to 30 or more. Live TV in many cases with 10'000 simultaneous views, live results. Website, pro-active presence in social media and a newsletter sent worldwide to all our athletes, coaches, federations, sponsors, media.
The EAP circuit exists since 1990 with its values and its vision of international competitions clearly positioned against doping and any form of cheating. The EAP has its own code of conduct to which all participants and organisers must submit.
