The 2025 season is back on track !

Dear reader,

The EAP circuit confirms itself as a partner for international career development by always offering its quality and accessible meetings.

This is undoubtedly our trademark: allowing athletes to progress in international meetings where they will have more opportunities and facilities to be admitted.
Our renowned and quality meetings, 9 of which are also WCT meetings (8 Challenger and 1 Bronze) are now present in 11 European countries: BEL, ESP, FRA, GER, HUN, ITA, LAT, MLT, NED, SCO, SUI.
This year, however, 3 meetings (Kuldiga, Palafrugell and Annecy) will not propose a meeting, but they will be back in 2026.

What's new for 2025?

You may have noticed that our EAP acronym now stands for "Events for Athletics Promotion". We believe this new name better fits our business.

In terms of Promotion & Development policy, we have consolidated the fact that in each of our meetings, there will necessarily be at least two disciplines for men and women for young athletes (U18 or U16). We want to assert our role (EAP Future) in discovering and launching talents on the international scene.

Valentina Fedjiuschina (EMA President) and Pablo Cassina (EAP President) are confident of a fruitful cooperation.

We are also developing our EAP Masters sector and 8 of our meetings will also offer disciplines for them. We have started a cooperation with the European Masters Athletics (EMA) and our meetings complement the European Masters Athletics Track and Field offer.
It is currently a start-up year and discussions are ongoing, but the will is there on both sides. We will soon be able to give you more news.

The para-athletic sector (EAP Together) is also increasingly present in some of our meetings, but for the moment it mainly attracts para-athletes from the same region as the organising meeting, while we would like to make it better known at the international level.

The EAP running sector is waiting for new entrants with marathon, cross-country or mountain events. If you are interested, contact us so that we can offer you a full range of athletics events in 2026, in line with our intentions and philosophy.

New EAP meetings

Among our new members, we are particularly proud to have been able to develop, with ScottishAthletics, the first indoor EAP meeting in Glasgow (Challenger), in the very prestigious Emirates Arena and its 6-lane rings.
We have also managed to set foot in Germany again, after an absence of almost 30 years. In the middle of summer, we will have another meeting, re-proposing under the EAP label the traditional SCC-Berlin's "Midsommar" Meeting of Berlin (Challenger) !
Two weeks later we will please the shot putters and javelin throwers, with a second Hungarian meeting in the town of Heves, where this meeting represents a well-established local tradition and popular enthusiasm.

Still remaining within the framework of the historical activities of our circuit, in addition to the development of opportunities for youth that we have just mentioned, we firmly maintain our requirements for a clean, safe and fair sport, under all the criteria of our Code of Conduct. Knowledge of these is always part of our requirements to participate in any of our meetings. We have grouped all these aspects under a new page of our site: CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
We also find Safeguarding, but also, and this is new, our commitment to the protection of the environment, called "Environmental impact".

At the last EAP Convention in Malta, we appointed the following people:

• Mr Noel KOVÁCS, responsible for U18 development (EAP Future)
• Mr Tamás TÉGLÁSSY, responsible for Environmental impact (Sustainability).

We are currently working on the definition and involvement at the EAP level of these projects in order to remain in full compliance with the World Athletics' program "For a better World".

The year 2025 has started with great enthusiasm and many projects and goals. Let's put all this in place to better serve athletics.
Stimulating the athletic movement with our quality and mostly accessible international meetings, the EAP remains the broadest alternative to support the development of athletes, from ground to top.

And this is, dear reader is the Athletics we're proud of !
